Not sure if your college was as geeky as mine (I do mean geek...not greek) but if so...when I say funny costumes, giant q-tips, toy swords, and guys with pony tails, you'll think Society for Creative Anachronism just like me. Yesterday I saw a couple on the subway in full costume with pads and gear in tow and thought "Cute, there really is someone for everyone" instead of laughing out loud as I would have done in my school days. It must be a sign of maturity or maybe just a distant hope that one day my knight in faux armor will appear and we will ride the L train togther into the sunset :)
